A WORD ABOUT OUR PHILOSOPHY:
Several goals and policies have been a part of our company since it was created.
First, we are here to assist you and your family in solving the challenges faced in dealing with the personal property of a family member, friend, business or estate. While we have extensive experience in dealing with the issues surrounding these matters we do not have a one size fits all approach. Each client’s combination of needs differs and the solution while incorporating a number of approaches that are similar in affect will create the solution best suited to your needs.
Second, our company has a policy which states that we do not purchase estates or items from our clients. The belief is that our client always needs to be able to rely on the information that we are providing them without wondering if we have a vested interest in the outcome of that information. One may not agree or enjoy the information provided but a client should be able to have faith in the information. If a client must still have an estate purchased outright for some reason, we will be happy to refer them to people in which we have confidence.
Frequently, we are retained after valuing an item or an estate to sell the property on behalf of our client. In this instance we only make more if we first make more for our client. To that end another of our policies is that if a particular piece or portion of a client’s property needs a larger market or specialty buyer we will seek these solutions out, while continuing to represent the client on the balance of the property. This has proved time and again to be of benefit to everyone.
